Charcuterie
River & Glen is delighted to offer an outstanding line of “hand made” charcuterie items. We make all of our
charcuterie, by hand, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our recipes are sourced from some of the oldest family recipes in Europe with a “touch” of input from some of our best chefs.
For our raw material, we use fresh items that are sourced from some of the best local artisan producers in the country. Our pork, for example, comes from John Turk in south-western Pennsylvania.
John raises heirloom Large Black and Tamworth pigs on his farm. The pigs are raised the “right way” and are allowed to roam freely through the woods and meadows feasting on acorns, shrubs,
mushrooms and cheese whey.
