About Us

We, at River & Glen, work every day to encourage our customers to return to the simpler, healthier and more enjoyable way of buying and preparing food. To us, that means connecting you directly to the small independent fisherman and farmer who are responsible for the food you, your family and friends eat. We believe that the praise and encouragement belong to the harvester. They are the future of our food supply and we are adamant about promoting and supporting them.

Food should have a story. The story should tell us everything from how products are raised, by whom and in what region and by what method. To us complete transparency allows you to make the right choice every time you buy food. Is there really any other way?

River & Glen builds great relationships with fisherman and farmers who do things “the right way”. We buy directly from them. We know them personally beyond just doing business with them. We bring their products directly into our refrigerated warehouse and then we match these incredible items up with some of the greatest chefs and retail customers in the business. Directly from the harvester to the customer with minimal delay insures a product that is second to none.
