Our all-natural squab are raised on a small farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania where they are fed a 100% natural diet of select vegetarian grains. Our birds are never caged or over-crowded and are encouraged to roam freely. No hormones, chemicals or growth stimulants are administered at any time. Our birds are picked up the day of harvesting to ensure peak freshness. The result is a fresh, dark meat full of flavor.
