Quail Eggs
River & Glen’s all natural quail are raised from egg to production on a small, sustainable farm in New Jersey. The term “Quail” is a general name for several mid-sized birds in the pheasant family. Our quail is the Japanese Coturnix species found in East Asia. They are known for their superb, beautifully speckled eggs which have a fantastic game flavor. Because our birds are fed an all-natural diet (free from chemicals of any kind), and are free-range with ample room to roam, the result is the best-tasting quail eggs available anywhere!
