River & Glen’s all natural pheasants are raised from egg to production on a small local farm in New Jersey.  They are fed a 100% natural diet of select vegetarian grains.  Our birds are never caged or over-crowded and roam freely.  Our biggest concern is that our birds are not mass produced and are raised the “old-fashioned” way- both humanely and for taste.  No hormones, chemicals or growth stimulants are administered at any time.  Our pheasants are full of flavor, firm in texture and are naturally low in fat.
