Long Island Duckling
River & Glen’s fresh, all-natural Long Island Duck come from one of the last true Long Island Duck Farms in operation. Located along the south shores of Long Island, the farm has been family owned and operated since the early 1700’s. Over many generations, the stock has been developed to produce the highest quality Long Island Ducks available. The birds are free-roaming and never caged.
They are fed only natural grains and at no time are any hormones or growth stimulants used. Our biggest concern is that our ducks are not mass produced and are raised the “old-fashioned” way. Our birds are processed to order, air-chilled and picked up twice weekly directly from the farm. At no time are the birds frozen.

Taste Profile: Wonderful rich, meaty taste. Not as fatty as the Moulard. Excellent yield.
