The best of the best!  Our hookers cod are line-caught off the coast of Cape Cod by “hookers”.  This group of artisan fisherman use small boats and the hook and line method to catch our fish.  As concerned about the health of this stock as we are, the “hookers” go to great lengths to preserve both the heritage and future of the fish.

Size: 10-20lbs and are head-on/gutted. 

Taste Profile: These cod are a wonderful, meaty, flaky fish.  They are versatile to cook with and the size of the fish allows for great, thick, portions.

Location and Season: Cape Cod. They are available year-round with the winter months producing the best quality.
